 The refund:

 

In the event that it is proven that the shipment or the goods was damaged due to a default by us (Jarasa) we are obligated to compensate the customer with an amount of 100 US dollars for shipments whose value is more than 500 US dollars on condition that the shipment value is recorded on the shipping invoice and matches the value on the shippings waybill / voucher.

In the event that the customer wants full compensation in case of complete or partial damage to the goods he must go toward the insurance option on his goods through the private insurance companies and the special terms and conditions of these companies apply.

 

· Cancelation requests

In the event that the request is canceled the transferred amount will be returned to the customer if the delivery employee does not move towards the customer. But if the delivery guy reaches the customers location and then the customer decides to cancel the transportation process the customer is obligated to pay the full transportation charges for the domestic service / but in the case of international shipping the domestic charge will deducted from the customer only (with reference to the (cash) prices for the domestic service that shown on our website in reference to the date and time for the request) and the rest of the value for the international shipping charges will be returned to the customer.

· Delivery methods and time required for shipments to arrive

 

Local shipping service (Domestics) : It is a delivery within the borders of the Kingdom of Jordan and the time needed to reach is from one to two working days unless the remote areas that we will facing a difficult to reach for it and depend to the security or pandemics situation in the country.. International shipping: It is the shipping outside the borders of the Kingdom to all countries of the world. There are a number of the shipping service
